- February 1994, from Saudi Arabia Felix M Villahermosa started his business. Initially, started with a welding shop fabricating gates, trusses, steel doors and minor works for tricycles and other vehicles. That same year, the Moncadas and Malayangs hired him to build their houses in Daro, Dumaguete City, which were then his pioneer projects and show windows. It was then FMV and Partners was established and known. Felix then ventured on a hollow block, sand and gravel business. In 1995, FMV managed to have seven (7) houses constructed at the same time of local and foreign clients. Budget ranging from P1M to P8M. FMV also assumed construction of the Vintage Inn in Dumaguete City. Others are the residences of Doctors Alvarado (Bantayan), Madamba, Tan (Genovevo),and Alcantara, Villanueva's residence (Bais City), Breneke's Compound/residence near Silliman Farm. He also made the multi- purpose building of the Dumaguete Golf and Driving range near St. Paul College.That was how the Company all started.
